When you partner with us, you’re paired with a dedicated personal travel advisor—no rotating call‑center staff—who handles everything from start to finish and knows you and your trip inside and out.

2) One‑Time Planning Fee (Per Trip)

Once your trip goals and travel documents are confirmed, we’ll confirm we’re a great fit and discuss our one‑time planning fee for each trip. This fee covers:

Collaboration with your advisor at every step
Expert research and tailored recommendations
Streamlined planning that turns hours of work into a few simple approvals—so you keep your own time
Coordination of all trip components
Continued support during—and even after—your trip, handling any unexpected issues on your behalf

Thoughtful planning takes focused time—and your planning fee covers that time and expertise, so you don’t have to juggle logistics or troubleshoot problems yourself. There’s a common misconception that agents earn hefty commissions on every booking—yet many suppliers pay little to no commission. By charging a fee per trip, we include every element of your journey, whether or not we receive commission, and focus on quality over quantity, dedicating our full expertise to crafting your ideal itinerary.

Group trips? We waive that fee entirely—every detail’s already mapped out, and you’re joining a group traveling at an exclusive rate with an extra perk.

3) Destination Research & Arrangements

We dive deep into your chosen destination—researching local highlights, finding the perfect accommodations, and lining up flights, transfers, car rentals, and activities so everything flows seamlessly. If you need to apply for or renew a passport, and there’s enough lead time before your departure, we’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure you’ve got the right documents in hand.

4) Proposal, Travel Insurance, & Refinement

You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal covering every component of your trip—flights, transfers, accommodations (all‑inclusive resorts, hotels, or cruise cabins), excursions, and personalized travel insurance recommendations. Review each element, let us know any adjustments you’d like, and once you give the green light, we’ll finalize all reservations.

5) Booking, Payment, & Confirmation

We secure all arrangements—flights, transfers, car rentals, hotels, and excursions—and set up your payment authorizations in a secure, easy‑to‑use online platform. You simply review and approve each component with a click. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive a full confirmation package and a digital itinerary packed with insider tips, local guides, and any necessary vouchers.

6) Documents & Extras

Need printed copies? We can mail you a neatly organized travel folder—or you can access everything through your digital itinerary app. We always make sure your documents arrive well before your trip so you're not left scrambling. Having printed copies is a smart backup, just in case you can’t access your digital version or simply prefer the added convenience while navigating airports, hotels, or excursions.
